Ceramic

I've been passionate about clay and ceramics my whole life, and decided to finally learn and become a ceramist/potter after my master's degree.
I've studied and experimented with clay and ochre a lot during my master's researches, so it was also a way for me to dive deeper in the topic and gain new skills. I've decided to follow an apprenticeship with Les Jupitériennes (Juliette Sicart - Moon Ceramics) and it's very exciting !

While I may not be able sell my ceramic work yet, I have lots of ideas and my world is growing everyday as I learn how to use the potter wheel, and all needed elements to be a professional ceramist.

Textured, handmade and creative

✦ My ceramics are intended for utilitarian potteries and decorative creations. I love to immerse myself into creativity, other worlds and stories. I love colors and diversity, to add little touches of singular but enjoyable elements on my work. A ceramic with a little fish swimming, a cat lantern or an irregular bowl painted with waves and creatures... If you love whimsical stories, fantasy worlds and cute creatures, you're in the right place.

✦ My ceramics are made to look and be human made, irregular, creative, just like the rest of my work. I want people to be able to feel textures and variations in them, in colors, shape, ideas and concepts...
I definitely love imperfections and pottery is a lot about coincidences and discoveries. You never really know exactly what will come out of the kiln. But that's the best part about ceramics to me ! It's like a little surprise everytime and each piece is unique and made with love.
