The Cat's World

Marie experienced tough times in her life, such as harassment and rejection at school. She doesn't feel like she belongs anywhere and spends most of her time alone. One day, she meets a mysterious black and white cat with a key around his neck. He guides her to a place she never thought could exist.

The story of the Cat's World started when I was 8 years old and I've been building, changing, creating it ever since. It's inspired by many movies I grew up with, several different influences, and meant to talk about friendship between people who thought they would stay alone forever, even when they're not from the same species.

I was hoping to create a comic of this story one day. I need to change elements of the story before being able to do so, but it is my heart project. I grew up with this world in my mind and would love to see it posted online and on paper one day !
Making a short animation of it is also in the plans.

Various digital paintings for character concepts, explorations etc. Most of concepts for this story are on paper, sketchbooks, files as they've been drawn over the years. They will be scanned in the future.
